My site promotes self-catering holiday cottages and it would be good to have an on-line guestbook since visitors generally write lots of comments in the visitors' books provided in the cottages. A more structured approach might be a forum with topics such as: What to do on a wet day with children; Where to stop on your journey; restaurant and pub reviews; Good walks; etc.
My NOF-built website (www.carntowam.com) has been working well for me for a couple of years but I would now like to make it more interactive. I am considering. Can anyone suggest NOF-built sites that use a forum and/or a guestbook (or possibly testimonials) that I might visit to see how they look in practice?
I feel a little tentative about uploading script code. Anyone know any good tutorials or advice resources on this?
Thanks.

Sorry it took so long to reply, I just got back from a 5 day vacation without any internet.
NOF 10 has a built in guestbook that is really quite simple to set up, and works well.  NOF 10 also has a built in Testimonials, but I have not used it.
As far as a forum, any forums you build will have to be a third party one, kind of like this one, which is a SMF forum.
Not sure if that anwers your question though?

Thanks,
Admin
