Apple has released Safari for Windows now. You can get it at
www.apple.com
and then downloads.
It is very fast, and it also looks the same as the mac one.

I don't really find it to be any faster than IE7. And I don't like the way it renders, but at least now I can check my sites on safari without having to go begging to my mac-owning friends!
